By accessing or using any Fitviora Health programs, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Fitviora Health provides digital wellness and movement programs, including stretching routines, mobility training, stress relief through movement, and breathing practices. All content is delivered digitally via our online platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Fitviora Health, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@fitviorahealth.com.

5. Health Disclaimer

Fitviora Health's programs are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise, movement, or breathing program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fitviora Health platform — including videos, written guides, audio recordings, graphics, and program structures — is the exclusive property of Fitviora Health and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others
• Reproduce or resell any program content
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Access to certain programs requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitviora Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All Fitviora Health programs are delivered digitally. Because you receive immediate access to our content upon purchase, refunds are handled under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked — provided you have completed no more than 1 session.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at contact@fitviorahealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address used at purchase
• Your order number
• A brief reason for your request (optional but appreciated)

4. Eligibility Criteria

A refund will be approved if:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• No more than 1 program session has been completed
• It is your first refund request with Fitviora Health

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The 7-day window has passed
• A significant portion of the program content has been accessed or downloaded
• The request is for a renewal charge after a subscription has already been active
• A refund was previously issued for the same account

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee window.
