Refund Policy

All Fitviora Health programs are delivered digitally. Because you receive immediate access to our content upon purchase, refunds are handled under the specific conditions outlined below.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked — provided you have completed no more than 1 session.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at contact@fitviorahealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number
- A brief reason for your request (optional but appreciated)
4. Eligibility Criteria
A refund will be approved if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- No more than 1 program session has been completed
- It is your first refund request with Fitviora Health
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The 7-day window has passed
- A significant portion of the program content has been accessed or downloaded
- The request is for a renewal charge after a subscription has already been active
- A refund was previously issued for the same account
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee window.
